Key Responsibilities

• Receive samples and enter information accurately into LIMS, including photographic records, order numbers, and relevant methods.
• Verify the integrity of customer and sample information, proactively following up on any missing data or discrepancies.
• Cross-check waybills, incoming emails, and sample paperwork to ensure total accuracy.
• Evaluate information for completeness and consistency before final processing.
• Properly label samples with corresponding stickers.
• Adhere to all established operational procedures, policies, and health and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate the collection of outsourced samples as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sanitizing workstations and assisting with lab equipment maintenance.
• Provide administrative support to the Laboratory Supervisor as required.
• Please note that this role requires the ability to work overtime and travel after hours.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• Strong computer literacy skills.
• Proven typing and data-entry proficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Previous experience in a Data Capture role at AdcorpBLU or a similar environment will be considered a distinct advantage.
