Marketing Coordinator / Content Creator
Time Personnel is seeking a creative and hands-on Marketing Coordinator / Content Creator to join our client based in Cape Town. If you have an eye for detail and a passion for capturing the essence of a superior marine lifestyle through high-quality photography and videography, this role is for you.
This is not a traditional administrative social media role. We are looking for a visual storyteller who can document the entire journey of marine craftsmanship—from the initial construction phases through to the final launch. You will be responsible for showcasing innovation and project milestones, producing premium content that reflects the prestige of the brand. This is a full-time, in-office position.
Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Coordinator / Content Creator, you will manage creative projects independently from concept to delivery. Your daily duties will include:
- Filming and editing high-quality video content that documents the build process.
- Managing professional photography throughout the construction, completion, and launch phases.
- Retouching and editing images for various marketing collateral.
- Designing compelling graphics for social media, company websites, brochures, and print materials.
- Crafting copy for social media posts and printed media.
- Publishing and managing content across all digital platforms.
- Sourcing printing quotes, evaluating suppliers, and presenting recommendations to the Director.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should possess a natural talent for visual storytelling and a keen eye for the details that define a luxury brand. We are looking for a candidate who is confident in planning, shooting, and editing their own material.
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Valid South African driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
- Proven experience with professional photo, video, and graphic design software.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of creative projects.
- A genuine interest in marine engineering or the coastal lifestyle.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your own workflow.
