Role Overview

A growing technology company developing innovative software solutions for complex IT environments is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer (Angular, .NET) – Hybrid – CPT. In this pivotal role, you will lead the technical design and delivery of high-impact features across the platform. You will be responsible for architecting scalable solutions using .NET 8 and the ABP Framework, mentoring your colleagues, and driving engineering best practices while actively shaping cloud infrastructure strategy on Azure and optimizing CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex, scalable features across the entire stack.
• Define and enforce robust coding standards, design patterns, and architectural guidelines.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to mid-level and junior developers.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate strategic requirements into clear technical roadmaps.
• Oversee and continuously improve the CI/CD pipeline on GitHub Actions.
• Design and optimize SQL Server database schemas to ensure performance and scalability.
• Drive decisions regarding Azure infrastructure, including networking, security, scaling, and cost optimization.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, technical debt, and architectural risks.
• Champion testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Support production deployments, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Maintain comprehensive architectural documentation and technical implementation guides.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with .NET 8 / .NET Core, with mandatory hands-on experience using the ABP Framework.
• 4+ years of experience building production-grade Angular applications (v14+).
• 5+ years working with SQL Server, with expertise in advanced query optimization, indexing, and schema design.
• 3+ years designing REST (JSON) APIs and integrating with SOAP/XML services.
• 3+ years of experience writing production-level PowerShell or Bash scripts.
• 2+ years of experience with Docker, including containerizing .NET and Angular applications using Docker Compose.
• 3+ years designing and operating Azure-hosted solutions.
• 3+ years authoring and maintaining GitHub Actions pipelines.
• Demonstrated expertise in architectural patterns such as DDD, CQRS, or Clean Architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in Git workflows, branching strategies, and repository governance.
• Proven track record in technical leadership and developer mentorship.
